If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, it must be returned within 30 day of purchase and you must call for instructions first. All merchandise returned due to our error will be exchanged, credited, or refunded promptly. If it is your error (ordered wrong item) then you are responsible for all shipping charges that may apply. All items returned for exchange or refund must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Once an item has been installed or attempted to be installed it is not returnable. All credit card purchases will be refunded back to your credit card. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
