How do I check the status of my order?

Answer: You can do that by entering Order ID and email ID to check your order status Click here.

What is our return / exchange / refund policy?

Answer: If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, it must be returned within 30 day of purchase and you must call for instructions first. All merchandise returned due to our error will be exchanged, credited, or refunded promptly. If it is your error (ordered wrong item) then you are responsible for all shipping charges that may apply. All items returned for exchange or refund must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Once an item has been installed or attempted to be installed it is not returnable. All credit card purchases will be refunded back to your credit card.

How was my order shipped and can I get a tracking number?

Answer: You will get tracking number in email when we have shipped, you can also check tracking number from order status page.

Do you sell firearms and ammunition?

Answer: Yes please see our How To Purchase Guns & Ammo Page.

Do you offer international shipping?

Answer: No, we only ship within the United States and the US Territories. Some restrictions do apply.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Answer: Sales tax will only be charged on orders being billed to or shipped to Nebraska. Our current tax rate is 7%.

Is this item new in box?

Answer: Yes, all items on Oneclickshooting are brand new in original packaging, unless stated otherwise. Some items in the bargain bin may be used please see descriptions.

How do I ship my order to a APO / FPO?

Answer: All APO / FPO orders must ship USPS (United States Postal Service). Items can only be tracked to the coast, then it is the Government responsibility to get the package to you. There is no estimated time of delivery.

Can I mail my payment instead of using a Credit Card?

Answer: Yes, just choose Mail Check or Money Order when you checkout.

What happens if my order is damaged in shipping?

Answer: If your order is damaged in shipping please contact us via email and we will file a claim with the shipper.

Do you warranty the products you sell?

Answer: All warranty items due to defective material or workmanship must go through the manufacturer. Must be within 30 days of purchase.
