4. What is your return / exchange / refund policy?
   Answer: If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, it must be returned within 30 day of purchase and you must call for instructions first.  All merchandise returned due to our error will be exchanges, credited, or refunded promptly. If it is your error (ordered wrong item) then you are responsible for all shipping charges that may apply.  All items returned for exchange or refund must be in t original packaging and it resalable condition.  Once an item has been installed or attempted to be installed it is not returnable.  All credit card purchases will be refunded back to your credit card.
    
5. How was my order shipped and can I get a tracking number?
   Answer: You will get tracking number in email when we have shipped, you can also check tracking number from order status page.
    
6. Do you offer a catalog?
   Answer: No, we currently do not offer a catalog.  Please sign up for an account and when they become available on will be shipped to you.
    
7. Do you sell firearms and ammunition?
   Answer: Firearms and ammunition are NOT available for purchase on our website.  For information on purchasing firearms and ammunition please contact us at 1-866-727-1401.
    
8. Do you offer international shipping?
   Answer: No, we only ship within the United States and the US Territories. Some restrictions do apply.
    
9. When can I expect to receive my order?
   Answer: All order require 3-4 business days of processing time prior to shipping.  We do not process order during the weekend or on holidays. Most order should be receive within 7-10 business days.
    
10. Will I be charged sales tax?
    Answer: Sales tax will only be charged on orders being billed to or shipped to Nebraska. Our current tax rate is 7%.
     
11. Is this item new in box?
    Answer: Yes, all items on Oneclickshooting are brand new in original packaging, unless stated otherwise.  Some items in the bargain bin may be used please see descriptions.
     
12. Do you offer express shipping?
    Answer: Not all of our products are available for express shipping. For availability and price please call 1-866-727-1401.
     
13. Do you offer a layaway plan?
    Answer: Yes, for all layaways you must call 1-866-727-1401.  100 days same as cash & 25% nonrefundable down payment.  Layaway is only available on purchases over $100.
     
14. How do I ship my order to a APO / FPO? 
    Answer: All APO / FPO orders must ship USPS (United States Postal Service).  Items can only be tracked to the coast, then it is the Government responsibility to get the package to you.  There is no estimated time of delivery.
     
15. Can I mail my payment instead of using a Credit Card?
    Answer: Yes, just choose Mail Check or Money Order when you checkout.

17. What happens if my order is damaged in shipping?
    Answer: For all damages claims will be filed with the shipping company.  If the shipping company will not cover damages then we will take care of them for you. (some restrictions do apply).

    Answer: No, items are not available for in store pick up.
     
19. Do you warranty the products you sell?
    Answer: All warranty items due to defective material or workmanship must go through the manufacturer.  If the manufacturer refuses to warranty there own product then we will take care of it for you.  Must be within 30 days of purchase.
     
20. What shipping restrictions are there where I live?
    Answer:
    1. Magazines: No magazines over 10 rounds capacity can be shipped to CA, DC, HI, MA, NY and Toledo OH.
    2. No magazines over 12 rounds capacity can be shipped to Chicago.
    3. No magazines over 15 rounds capacity can be shipped to NJ, Cincinnati OH, Aurora IL, or South Bend IN.
    4. No magazines over 20 rounds capacity can be shipped to MD, Cleveland OH, Columbus OH, Wichita KS, and the County of Denver CO.
    5. Mace or Pepper Spray: Residents of NY, MA, MI, WI please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering any Mace or Pepper Spray.
    6. Black powder guns: Residents of HI, MA, MI, and NJ please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering any black powder firearms.
